Apply To Become A Beneficiary

How to make your Not-For-Profit organization a beneficiary of an upcoming Dance for Life performance:

Requesting funding from Chicago Dancers United / Dance for Life, for your Not-For-Profit organization, is simple! Typically, we will award one $10,000 grant and three $2,500 grants yearly.

There are a few simple guidelines to consider when submitting your letter of request. They are:

- Submit a letter of request no later than October 1st (for the following award year)
- Include a copy of your Not-For-Profit designation from the IRS
- You must offer and describe your HIV/AIDS programming and be able to directed our award toward those services
- Submit a current board list
- Include a schedule of additional special events hosted by your organization

We will contact you by January 1st of your application status.
